Our dedicated backend and logistics team makes every effort to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours of order placement. However, the actual delivery timeline may vary depending on the delivery location and the logistics provider’s schedule. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID, which can be used to monitor the status of your shipment and get an estimated date of delivery through our logistics partners' tracking tools.

For order cancellations, we kindly request you to reach out to us within 6 hours of placing your order. Cancellation requests made after this timeframe may not be processed, as we strive to dispatch orders promptly to ensure timely delivery. Please note that once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to accommodate any cancellation requests.
