Refund Policy (Hoofsoof Foot Care Cream)

At Hoofsoof, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We have outlined our return, refund, and exchange policy to ensure a seamless process for addressing any concerns related to your purchase.

1. Return Policy

Our return policy is valid for 3 days from the date of delivery of your order. To be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange, the item(s) must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as when received.

  • Include all original packaging and materials.

Conditions for Return, Refund, or Exchange:
Goods purchased through Hoofsoof e-commerce website or mobile app are eligible for return, refund, or exchange in the following cases:

  1. The product has a manufacturing defect.

  2. The product was received in a damaged or broken state.*

  3. The package contains items different from those ordered.

  4. The package is missing some or all of the items ordered.

Please note: This policy is only applicable to products sold through Hoofsoof official website.

*For items received in a damaged or broken state, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by filling out the return form linked below. Reports of damaged items submitted beyond this 24-hour window will not be eligible for returns or exchanges, even if they fall within the 3-day return policy.

2. Process to Initiate a Return, Refund, or Exchange

If your order meets any of the criteria for return, refund, or exchange, follow these steps:

  1. Fill out the Return/Exchange Form, detailing the issue with your order.

  2. Attach photographs or videos of the product, especially in the case of damaged or defective goods.

  3. Our team will assess your request and notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, we will arrange for the pickup of the returned items.

3. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to the account details provided in the return form within 7 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges and gift-wrapping charges (if any) incurred at the time of order placement are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are only applicable for regular-priced items; sale items are not eligible for refunds.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the specified timeframe:

  1. Check the bank account details you provided in the return form.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only applicable for items with manufacturing defects or those received in a damaged condition. To request an exchange for the same product:

  1. Fill out the Return/Exchange Form.

  2. Provide a detailed explanation of the issue along with supporting photos or videos.

Once approved, we will arrange for the replacement item to be shipped to you.
